Like
most bridal retailers, our items are manufactured after the order has been placed, you will probably have experienced the
same thing when ordering your gown. Also, since we offer so many styles, each with its own choice of colours and sizes,
we would need a pretty big place to store them if we didn’t make to order too!
The
main thing you should be looking at when making your choice is the reliability of the service, if it were to get lost, a 1st
class recorded item wouldn't be investigated for 15 days whereas a Special Delivery item would be
priority.
All
of our veils are sent boxed and in protective packaging, along with a complimentary garment cover for you to use at home,
you can hang your veil up by the hook which holds on our label, but
we would recommend a veil clip which can be purchased separately and are made specifically for storing veils.
We offer the following shipping options: Please note once the goods leave us we are not responsible for any
damage, loss or delays so please choose the method with the appropriate amount of insurance cover/speed for your order.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - £4.00 Monday to Friday Delivery
This delivery service is insured against
late delivery, loss and damage. However, parcels are not considered late or lost by Royal Mail until after 15 working days
from the date of despatch. A signature on receipt of each parcel is required, so please ensure that the delivery address you
provided us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. The compensation level on this service is up to £36 (please note jewellery
is not covered under this service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Service - £6.25. Monday to Friday Delivery; guaranteed before 1pm the next working
day
This delivery service guaranteed within 24 hours of dispatch (not from payment, our manufacture times still apply prior to this) and is insured against late delivery, loss and damage. A tracking number will be allocated to
each parcel by which you can follow your parcels progress online via Royal Mails tracking service. This tracking number can
be requested from us by e-mail. A signature on receipt of each parcel is required, so please ensure that the delivery address
you provided us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. The compensation level on this service is £500
Royal Mail Airsure- £10.00.
This
option is for anyone outside the UK, any undeliverable areas will be notified. The delivery times will vary depending on your

Rush order Service- £10.00
This
option is for those of you with less than 4 weeks to go until the big day, it includes a small fee for processing your rush
order at the manufacturers, and the shipping via Special delivery once the veil has been made Due to an increasing number
of people rushing their orders through for fittings and hair appointments etc, as well as those who need rush orders for their
weddings, the manufacturers have now asked for this small charge to be applied. We cannot guarantee any dates if you do not
choose this option and we will not be able to hurry it along for you. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and
ask that you try not to ask for a rush order unless it’s absolutely necessary as rush orders delay the waiting
time for the non rush orders.
